the MAGIC begins with you…

MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR VISIT WITH
SANTA & MRS. CLAUS

The Big Entrance
A big entrance makes a festive first impression. Plan a big entrance for Santa by gathering everyone together, playing music, “Jingle Bells”, “Santa Claus is Coming to Town”. Be sure to let Santa Kenny and Mrs. Claus know the best door to come into, when they arrive.

Contact Person and Phone Number
Share the name and mobile number of someone who will be on site and available when Santa arrives. It helps to have someone meet Santa outside, help load gifts (if gift giving requested) into Santa's bag and showing Santa his entrance spot. This will help Santa be in the right place at the right time, for the big entrance.

Santa Parking
Is there a place to park, close to the entrance, but away from view from party guests? Reserving a parking spot for Santa helps make Santa’s entrance a big surprise.

Santa Placement
Please set up a chair for Santa and Mrs. Claus next to your Christmas Tree, holiday decorations or somewhere with a festive background for photos. If Santa will be listening to kids share their Christmas wishes – please place an empty chair beside Santa.

Hot in Here
Santa‘s suit is warm, so if you can have bottled water handy, that helps. Placing Santa and Mrs. Claus next to the fireplace makes for a great photo, we may need a break to cool down a bit!

Time to Go
When it’s time to leave, make sure all the guests in a central area, giving Santa the room he needs to gather his things and leave.

Payments
If you are paying a remainder of your balance or wish to give Santa and Mrs. Claus a tip, you can place this in a card addressed to Santa, to keep the transaction away from the curious eyes of children.
